We welcome you to stop by & visit our clubhouse anytime during business hours for a model home and community tour – no appointment necessary!  Since our hours are subject to changes, please visit our Facebook page to view our current hours before planning your visit.

 Summer:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Fall:

Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm Saturday 12pm-5pm

 Sunday 12pm-4pm

Winter:

Tuesday-Friday 9am-5:30pm Saturday 12pm-5pm

Spring:

Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

The down-payment for CVA is roughly equal to 1 months’ rent - $540 per person.

 Here’s the breakdown:

  • $40 – Key Fee

The key fee is nonrefundable, and goes toward the owner’s locksmith expenses.  Your key will unlock the front door deadbolt AND your individual bedroom deadbolt only.  Locksmith’s magic!

  • $250 – Routine Systems Maintenance Fee

The routine systems maintenance fee is nonrefundable, and goes toward exterior community upkeep and improvements – such as: bi-weekly grounds clean-up, snow removal, monthly light inspections, landscaping, bi-annual pressure washing and MUCH more!

  • $250 – Security Deposit

The security deposit is refundable, pending condition of your apartment at move-out.  Like us!  We post  #SaveYourSecurityDeposit helpful tips throughout the year.

*If applicable, the down-payment for a Pet Lease is $250.

Please keep in mind that the full down-payment must be paid at the time you sign your lease (or $975 if you also have a Pet Lease) – NO EXCEPTIONS. We accept check or money order payments. Please make payments payable to Matchbox Realty.  Unfortunately we cannot accept cash or credit card payments. We do offer online payment options FOR RENT.

Once all 4 Guarantor Forms are submitted, you & your roommates will be on INDIVIDUAL accounts.

As long as we receive a Guaranty of Lease from each tenant (essentially a co-signer), you will be liable for your 25% of the monthly rent (since all apartments at Campus View are 4 bedrooms) instead of jointly/severally responsible for the full amount of rent each month. Our sample  Guaranty of Lease and Guaranty Directions are viewable online. You & your roommates will each receive a physical copy of the Guarantor Form at lease signing, and an electronic PDF copy of your lease and Guarantor Form after lease signing to the email address you provide with your application. The Guaranties are then due prior to your lease start date. Please keep in mind that any damages/deductions are joint/several.

We offer free, plentiful parking for residents & their guests!

Ample parking is available!  Permits are required (towing is enforced 24/7) and are provided FREE at move-in. Residents receive 1 permanent parking sticker for their vehicle at move-in. We have both interior stickers (for non-tinted vehicle windows) & exterior stickers (for tinted vehicle windows) available. Visitor parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t have a car? Visit HDPT's site for current bus routes.  There are 3 convenient bus stops along Chestnut Ridge Drive.  Visit www.nextbus.com for all real time transit system information.

Campus View Apartments is a pet-friendly community!

Bringing your furry friend is affordable. The down-payment is $400: $200 is refundable if there are no pet-related damages at move-out; $200 is nonrefundable to deodorize & deflea the premises at move-out. The monthly pet rent is $25 or greater (amounts vary depending on breed, weight, etc.). The pet owner is solely responsible for the pet down-payment and pet rent. If you would like to adopt or bring your cat or dog to CVA, we’ll need written approval from all your roommates (a simple email to the Property Manager is perfect!) before a Pet Lease can be signed. The down-payment is due at the time the Pet Lease is signed. Please keep in mind that aggressive breeds (Rottweiler’s or Pit Bulls) are not allowed. German Sheppard’s & Bulldogs are considered on a case-by-case basis. We have doggie stations scattered throughout the community for pet owner’s convenience!

Steps to Sign a Lease

We would be happy to have you live with us at Campus View Apartments!  Are you and your roommates READY TO SIGN?  Follow these simple steps.  Psst, don’t forget #6 – there will be a quiz!  ONE future resident must email CVA’s Property Manager: Jessica@MatchboxRealty.com with the information from steps 2-5 in order to hold an apartment.  Due to the popularity of CVA, we unfortunately cannot hold an apartment for your group longer than 7 days.  We look forward to hearing from you!

As a reminder, ALL apartments with hardwood vinyl common areas are ground-level.  If you have a neighbor beneath you, your common areas will be carpeted for noise reduction.  All apartments have carpet inside bedrooms.

Lease Signing Appointment

Let us know a time & date that works for EVERYONE to come to our onsite clubhouse and office, 2401 Clubhouse Court, to sign so we can set-up a lease signing appointment.  Your lease signing appointment must be scheduled within normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) and must be scheduled no later than 1 week (7 days) from your email. Due to the popularity of CVA, we cannot hold an apartment for your group longer than 7 days. We need at least 2 signatures on the lease. You cannot secure an apartment with only 1 signature.

Remember: EACH future resident must have:

  1. Their application SUBMITTED (step #1).
  2. The leasing video WATCHED (step #6).
  3. Their $540 payment in a check/money order READY (step #7).

Leasing Video

If you want to save a TON of time, grab some popcorn and watch our leasing video. You will be quizzed to ensure you’ve watched the full 20-minutes.  Our Property Manager will be happy to answer any additional questions you have at lease signing.

If all 4 future residents do not watch the leasing video prior to the lease signing appointment, you have the option to watch the full video in our office.  Please be courteous of your lease signing appointment time and come to your lease signing appointment 25 minutes early to watch the video before signing.

What to Bring at Signing

Campus View Apartments vs Campus View Condos

Campus View Apartments are NOT renovated Campus View Condos. The Campus View Apartments were built from the ground up in 2013, 2014, 2016 & 2018 in four phases. Although the overall layout and structure is the same, the Campus View Apartments feature stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, raised ceilings, and oversized patios!  Campus View Condos are individually-owned, so price, included utilities, and included furniture vary from unit to unit. Campus View Apartments are ALL owned by Davis Mills LLC, professionally managed by Matchbox Realty, so each Campus View Apartment features the same price structure, the exact furniture as in the model home, and the same included utilities (cable, internet and trash/recycling collection).
