Learn how to setup your cable service by visiting our . If you’re having issues with your cable service or have questions about setup, contact Comcast’s Bulk Call Center at 1-855-638-2855. Since CVA is under a bulk account, 1-800-Comcast cannot view your address or account information. If you would like to upgrade your cable package, you’re welcome to reach out to Comcast to explore upgrade options. You would pay the difference between what we provide & what you upgrade to.

You’ll be given your secure WiFi logon information at check-in. Please refer to our “” tips before contacting our Director of IT with an internet issue. The download speed is 5mbps; the upload speed is 1mbps. If you prefer a faster speed, you’re welcome to reach out to HSL to explore upgrade options. You would pay the difference between what we provide & what you upgrade to.

*Ample parking is available for residents and guests! Permits are required and are provided FREE at move-in. Residents receive 1 permanent parking sticker for their vehicle at move-in. We have both interior stickers (for non-tinted vehicle windows) & exterior stickers (for tinted vehicle windows) available. Each apartment receives 2 guest parking passes, which are durable rear view mirror hang tags that can easily be swapped between guests’ vehicles. Parking stickers and guest passes expire annually on July 31st.
In the event of a non-life threatening emergency maintenance issue (such as a pipe breaking or a washer flooding), contact our office immediately by calling 540-434-5150 x0 (after hours: 540-434-5150 x7). For any emergencies that could threaten someone’s safety, please dial 911.
